EDU-311 – Firewall: Debug and Troubleshoot

In the previous courses, students will learn everything about how to configure the Next-Generation Firewall and how to manage threats. This is all good if things are working, but what if they aren’t?

This is what the EDU-311 course is all about — to give network security engineers the tools and techniques which they need to effectively troubleshoot any issues related to the Firewall or even to provide proof that the issue is not related to the Firewall.

Please see the course datasheet for the detailed agenda. The EDU-201 (Install, Configure and Manage) course and at least 3-6 months of practical experience with the Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewall are a recommended prerequisite to take this course.
